Elwood Construction has been in business for 8 years. The company is owned and operated by Mike & Pat Elwood, who possess over 50 years combined experience in the residential construction and remodeling field.

From start to finish we handle all aspects of renovations and/or construction. We work closely with a few key subcontractors when needed, but perform most work ourselves. We currently hold an Electrician's and Johnson County Contractors license, which are updated annually.

We believe that our success over the past years is based on our customer and/or

contractor relationships, attention to detail in our workmanship, honesty, & integrity.

Elwood Construction performs all types of work such as: room additions, decks, screened parches, kitchen and bath renovations, hardwood floor installation, custom showers, extensive tile installation, outbuildings, and basement finishes to name a few.
